With their rapidly expanding business and commitment to their values, they are looking for an Talent Management Manager, APAC to drive their talent strategies and initiatives.
Reporting to the HR Director Talent Management, you will partner the business on both strategic and operational levels to design the organisation's overall learning and growth strategy for organisational culture and behaviours, talent and leadership development. With the company's focus on driving a high performance culture, you will have responsibilities broadly across organisational effectiveness, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, talent development, strategic talent acquisition exercises and change management. You will work across the HR leadership and business management teams in APAC region with ownership of the end to end process from evaluation, design, implementation and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
You are ideally degree qualified with at least 7 years of relevant experience in talent management and learning in a leading MNC. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you have demonstrated a track record in proactively influencing and driving changes with strong confidence to engage with senior management. You are articulate and comfortable being hands on while having a strategic mind set. You may also be required to facilitate trainings when required.
