As part of its ongoing commitment to growing the business in Asia, they are now looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager. With full responsibility of Talent Acquisition initiatives for Singapore, you should have the experience and tenacity to provide consultative recruitment advice to leaders and provide qualitative insights on headcount, attrition and recruitment status. You will take charge in the development of talent pool for suitable candidates and recommend new channels for sourcing. You will initiate external road shows and establish partnerships with educational institutions to expand on their branding. You will be driving employee engagement platforms to enhance internal communication channels for conducive feedback and reviews. Additionally, you will handle ad hoc projects and other duties assigned.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in end to end recruitment gained from external/in-house role within MNC. You should be highly adaptable and versatile possessing strong interpersonal skills. To be highly successful in this role, you should have excellent business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills to influence and engage with stakeholders of all levels.
