About Our Client
Our client is renown US multinational within the manufacturing space. Heralded from the United States, they have now over 5000 employees worldwide and an annual operating revenue in the figure of billions. With Singapore as their APAC Headquarter and a further emphasis into research & development, they are now partnering with us in search of an enterprising individual to join their team as a TA.
Reporting to the HRM and be part of a centre of excellence, you will be responsible for the recruitment initiatives. You should have the experience and tenacity to provide consultative recruitment advice to stakeholder and simultaneously value-add from a talent management and talent pipeline angle. The role will be predominantly Singapore focused and will required to influence stakeholders. Key to your success will be your ability to excel in a fast paced and fluid environment.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment gained from in-house/external talent acquisition experiences, ideally within a professional and robust environment. You should be highly adaptable and versatile possessing strong interpersonal skills. To be highly successful in this role, you should have excellent business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills to influence and engage with stakeholders of all levels.
