Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible to partner the business in the recruitment of junior, mid and senior talent in the Retail line of business. Your key task is to work closely with your team across Southeast Asia in order to establish a staffing/recruitment strategy for the organization, ensuring that there is a talent pipeline. You will be responsible to source, screen and interview candidates, through to the on-boarding process. You will also be leading the recruitment for the Management Trainee programme and will be required to device and attract high-caliber individuals from a wide range of sources ensuring that the candidates have a positive and stellar experience with the organization.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified professional with at least 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the Luxury Retail Industry recruiting for mid to senior level professionals. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, you should be innovative, results oriented and with the capability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent business acumen and the ability to connect with stake holders and junior executives alike.
