About Our Client
Our client is a renowned multinational within the contract manufacturing space. Heralded from the United States, they have over 8,000 employees under its wings globally. As part of its ongoing growth in Asia, they are currently partnering with us to looking for an enterprising individual to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. This newly created position will looking into improving their processes and to creatively impact the business.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will assume the full responsibility of talent acquisition initiatives in Singapore. You will be working closely with key stakeholders to drive recruitment activities, providing qualitative insights on headcount, recruitment status and more importantly recruitment strategy. You will be involved in the development of talent pool and come up with innovative methodologies to approach recruitment. On top of that, you will be involved in campus recruitment projects to drive employer branding.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should come with at least 5 years of experience gained in end to end recruitment gained from an agency or corporate environment. You should be a well rounded individual that is adaptable in a fast and fluid environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should posses excellent business acumen, and the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders. Technical recruitment abilities will be a plus.
