About Our Client
Our client is a leading global Professional Services firm with a strong market presence across Asia Pacific looking for someone driven to grow in the organization
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Senior Manager you will be an integral member of the Human Resources division, and you will drive and execute the Executive Search efforts for the Asia Pacific region. Responsible for devising innovative recruitment strategies, managing effective lines of communication with various recruitment channels, while ensuring leading edge recruitment practices are adopted. You will assist in planning to overcome resourcing issues and deliver the corporate culture and image. Additionally, you will ensure a fast and efficient candidate management process to enhance a positive candidate experience thereby increasing the reputation of the company. You will be responsible to develop innovative and creative ways to attract the best and brightest diverse candidates and increase firm's competitive advantage.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a driven and determined personality, ideally with 5 or more years of Executive Search/recruitment experience in a Professional Services environment. You should be able to exhibit professionalism and integrity in contact with clients and applicants. This opportunity is open to candidates with less than 5 years of experience who feel ready to step up in their career. You should be a strong team player with the ability to drill down on important issues and be directly involved in day-to-day execution. High energy level and passion will define you, as well as the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
