About Our Client
Our client is an reputable and successful, global industrial conglomerate with assets exceeding USD 15 billion and more than 40,000 employees. Outside of Asia, they are an emerging brand and are looking to capitalise on this success they have enjoyed in South and South East Asia by strengthening their core capabilities within the management team . This Strategic HRBP role will play a pivotal role in influencing all human capital matters in APAC.
Matrix reporting to the Business leader and the Group HR Director, you will work closely with them to cultivate business strategy into achievable HR objectives, translate resourcing needs into recruitment plans and assist with the execution in a professional, timely and cost-effective fashion. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge across all HR disciplines. You should be Degree qualified in Business Management or HRM, with at least 15 years post-graduation experience, gained in a manufacturing environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, mental agility to influence senior stake holders. You need to have an engaging personality capable of being the ambassador for the organisation and to represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approach. You should be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to interact with internal and external stakeholders in China.
