About Our Client
Our Client is a global market leader in the Consumer Goods Industry with multi-billion dollar revenue worldwide. They have a huge worldwide presence and have significant market share in key global markets, offering a variety of products to their customers. The company has a vision to combine innovation, knowledge, people and products. With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for a Regional Six Sigma (Black Belt) Manager to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will be driving process re-engineering and improvement activities and projects for all the Manufacturing sites across APAC. You have to ensure process integration is achieved across the organisation on a regional level.
- You will deploy Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Programmes that drive Operational Excellence across the Manufacturing sites across APAC
- Initiate Process Improvement initiatives for the Factories that will close gaps
- Process re-engineering using LEAN, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies across the network
- Project Management
- Extensive Stakeholder management across different functions and countries in APAC
The Successful Applicant
You must have a Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain and possess significant years of experience deploying LEAN, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies in a Manufacturing environment. You should be able to work independently and also have strong leadership experience with good communication skills. Candidates with good knowledge of Project Management with a background in Process Re-Engineering in a Consumer Goods industry will be strongly considered. LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen or IWS knowledge is mandatory for this position.
