About Our Client
Our client is a Global MNC with more then 15,000 employees Worldwide, they are market leader that manufactures materials that will be used in industries such as textile, performance solutions. Their growth is based on their quality standards and investment in developing cutting edge products to their clients.
You will be accountable for the ASEAN market, focusing on push sales and preferentially drive the pull sales for our client most profitable product line.
You will be responsible for developing their market segment POV, commercial sales strategy/key bets for each country and work with various internal and external resources to implement them.
Your main objective will be to develop new accounts in the ASEAN market meanwhile, maintain the existent accounts.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years working experience in sales, business development or marketing function; Apparel or Textile industry experience is preferred.
- Min. 5 years account management experience
- Good value seller with "differentiation" mindset and with spirit of understanding customer's needs
- Excellent communication and inter-person skills;
- A team player, be able to work closely with team, and utilise internal resources
- Independent, proactive and self-motivate
- Good economic thinking skills
- Willing to travel - 30% to 50% of the time
