Hybrid role of Strategy and Operational HR
About Our Client
Our client is an industry-leading consumer durable company with a strong global presence, specialising in pulp-based products. With over three decades of expertise, they have created many successful FMCG products for everyday use and established familiar household brands. partnering with us, they are looking for a senior HR practitioner to be part of their team in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have 1 direct report under yourself. You will be responsible for the managing and implementation of the HR processes in various regions, where you will be driving recruitment initiatives through collaboration with the various counterparts in the global region. You will be partnering closely with several regional stakeholders to roll out various regional HR projects. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation and proposal of regional business planning and marketing strategies to stakeholders across the region. Key to your success will be your ability to engage with senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters.
The Successful Applicant
In this dynamic multinational environment, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a HR generalist or business partner. Having at least 2 year of experience in leading regional HR projects will be an added advantage. You should be an independent and ambitious individual with the vision to succeed as a Regional HR Business Partner in a Global organization.
