About Our Client
Our client,is a renowned global leader in the engineering Industry with a strong footprint in Asia Pacific. They have offices in over 15 countries and with more than 2,000 employees worldwide. They are now looking for a HR Senior Manager for Singapore. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career in an organisation that prides itself for possessing a culture of continuous growth and learning.
Focusing on 6 countries in APAC, you will be responsible in leading a team of up to 10 HR Practitioners for the full spectrum of HR needs. You will be a key member of the Senior Management team, and will play an advisory role on all human capital matters in this region. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters. Some travelling is required for this role.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 12 years of HR experience in a reputable MNC, preferably in engineering or construction Industries. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you have demonstrated a track record in being a strong leader (proactive and leading by the front) with the ability to influence and drive changes and to work with senior management. You should be dynamic and ambitious with the vision to succeed as a Regional HR leader in a Global organization!
