About Our Client
A leading Singapore-based real estate business driving strong growth plans, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager, HR to lead their HR capabilities for their local business.
As the key go-to HR advisor, you will partner closely with the senior leadership team to drive a robust HR infrastructure that is aligned to the business objectives and strategies. With oversight over the full spectrum of HR activities, your responsibilities include Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development and HR operations. You will also continuously seek to improve policies, processes and frameworks in view of changing business landscape and to achieve overall organizational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
You are ideally Degree qualified with at least 10 years of steadfast and progressive HR career and some years in a key lead capacity. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you have demonstrated a strong track record in being a proactive leader, with the ability to influence, effect changes and engage with senior management. You are also comfortable being hands on with operations, willing to walk the ground and lead by example.
