About Our Client
Our Client is one of the world's most valuable fortune 500 company in the Pharmaceutical industry with turnover in excess of USD10 Billion. It has operations in over 50 countries and have more than 30,000 employees worldwide. They have continuously achieved strong business performance alongside their growing presence in South East Asia. Due to their business expansion needs, there is now an exciting opportunity for a ambitious and driven HR professional to join the Human Resource Team in the capacity as a HR Business Partner.
Focusing on the Asia Pacific region, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR needs for the region. You will be a key member of the Senior Management team, and will play an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, this individual will have 10 to 15 years of resourcing experience in a forward looking, large MNC environment. You will be familiar with interfacing with senior stakeholders of different nationalities and possessing the business acumen to provide timely advice to maintain a robust talent pool. Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical or professional services sector will be highly desirable.
