About Our Client
Our client is a European multinational manufacturing firm with a strong presence in Asia. They are currently setting up a Centre of Excellence for Business Application Services. As a part of this set up, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant with proven track record of providing regional application implementation support to join them.
As a the Regional CRM Consultant, you will be reporting into the Regional Application Services Lead and be responsible for :
- Providing L2 and above support and maintenance on Salesforce & ServiceMax
- Defining service level agreements and KPI's
- Interfacing and partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Supporting regional rollouts while ensuring smooth operations of these applications
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you will have 5 - 10 years of relevant experience on Salesforce. You will have proven track record of overseeing smooth operations of Salesforce or other CRM applications backed by proven track record of overseeing regional rollouts & application support.
