About Our Client
The company is a Fortune 500 firm listed on the NYSE in the Technology industry, they are now looking for a highly analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support the APAC team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this individual will be a key partner to the Sales team for all sales incentive related matters as well as quota and territory assignment. You will be required to provide meaningful inputs regarding sales compensation / commission schemes and payout, analyzing on sales performance and POS reports. This individual will also be appointed as the SFDC super-user for the APAC region, adhoc involvement in regional projects and provision of Salesforce.com trainings will be necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified in Business / Finance or equivalent, with minimally 5-8 years of relevant experience in established Multinationals. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and POS reports will be a great plus. You should have good communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
