About Our Client
Our client is a European MNC manufacturing Machine Vision products, providing complex solutions that can have multiple applications from industrial environment to life sciences. They are expanding rapidly in the region and they are recruiting for a C-level individual to support their growth. They are known for high quality standards and cutting edge solutions with strong investment in their R&D team.
Our client is looking for a leader that has a passion for sales to develop their strategy in the region, he or she will own the sales strategy for their products/solutions, mainly targeting the semiconductor industry. This role will report directly to the MD of the organisation and your main task will be to develop existing distributors and to create a direct sales business model targeting clients in the North Asia Region.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of working in sales management positions
- Track record of building a sales organisation for addressing channel partners and direct accounts
- A Degree in Business Management/Administration, Master in Business Administration from top institution preferred
- Experience with Inspection Cameras targeting verticals such as Semiconductor Industry, Life Sciences, Industrial
- Availability to travel extensively
