About Our Client
Our client is an independent media and advertising services company with operations in more than 20 major markets. They offer first-class solutions such as bespoke campaign management and implementation through the most effective media channels - news media, digital platforms (mobile, video, programmatic solutions), print, outdoor, TV and radio networks - which allow them to reach premium audiences. Due to rapid expansion in the South East Asia region, they are now looking for a Sales Director to lead their rapidly-growing content business.
Reporting into the Regional Managing Director for Asia, you will be in charge of setting up and leading sales for the group Content business. Interacting with clients at C-level, you will sell content marketing solutions across video, digital and offline channels to top-tier brands, publishers and agencies.
You will also develop, plan and implement the content strategy and effectively lead a sales team to drive culture and motivation to achieve results in tough market.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales across offline and digital media
- Experience in managerial capacity with a strong track record in new business development
- An ability to exceed expectations and closing deals in competitive market conditions
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build a strong culture of success
- Strong networking abilities with ideally a good network in the marketing and media space
