About Our Client

Reporting to the Senior Director, Retail Training & Development, you will work closely with the teams to design, develop, and deliver the training programs or projects according to the training schedule for all levels of staff. You will work in close collaboration with the sales and operations teams for training needs analysis and conduct shop visit and coaching to front-line staff. You will also be responsible to prepare regular training reports in order to evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization. Finally, you will develop, organize and maintain an updated database on training programs, manuals and related records/materials.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally holding a degree in HR Management or Training, you come with 5 years of solid training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in a luxury brand. You have experience in training needs analysis, career development & customer service training. You are able to cope with fast-growing and dynamic environment and work independently. You have optimal time management and project management skills in completing multiple tasks within tight deadlines. As the role will require you to meet the teams in SEA, this role requires flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time.
