About Our Client
Global leading provider of infrastructure technologies and ICT systems is sourcing for a Regional Technical Support Engineer position to ensure smooth technical support operations.
You will communicate with Service Engineers to provide assistance during site breakdowns. You will develop procedures for distributing updates to Service Engineers on engineering changes to product and firmware. You will ensure the serviceability and OHS requirements are adhered to. You will train technical support stuff in the Asia Region.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. You must have 5 years of working experience in data center environment. You must be prepared to be on-call 24/7.
