About Our Client
A leading chemical manufacturers of polyolefin materials for a wide range of industrial applications MNC is looking for a Regional Technical Services & Quality Management Manager to provide business stakeholders up-to-date Technical Services and Quality Management requirements related to operations in the Asia Pacific region.
You will lead the investigation of customer quality complaints and develop the corrective actions in Asia Pacific region, in order to maintain an efficient operation of Quality Management system.
You will also manage and resolve technical requests from Asia, US and Europe market, enquire high quality of customer's satisfaction.
You will be the technical expert for the products in Asia and provides product training for internal (Business/Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) and external customers.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant experience of technical services or quality management in a chemical manufacturing plant.
