About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in their industry with extensive presence in the region. In line with continuing business needs and expansion, they are seeking a high calibre finance professional to join their Regional SSC in Singapore.
Reporting into the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for the supervision of the Asia Pacific Shared Service Center to provide accounting, analysis and internal control services to all Asia Business Units. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing key process improvements. You will also ensure that SOX compliance is achieved across the functions.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a Degree qualified CA/CPA, with at least 8 to 12 years of post-graduation experience preferably in SSC environment and proficient with SOX requirements. You should have 3 to 5 years of staff management experience and should have demonstrated success in developing high performing teams. You are highly adaptable, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can build productive relationships with international stakeholders. You are highly motivated and possess excellent business acumen.
