About Our Client
Our client is the leader in the FMCG business, with global revenues in excess of 3 billion. As a result of continued business needs, they are now looking for a Regional Pricing Manager to be part of their fast expanding business in Asia.
Reporting to the Head of Pricing while managing a team of 3, you will be responsible for the overall pricing strategy for the Asia region through periodic pricing reviews and margin and cost analysis. You will partner with key stakeholders internally in supporting commercial activities. You will also be involved in driving efficiencies around the pricing process through process and system improvements.
The Successful Applicant
You are a qualified degree holder in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a pricing-related environment in the FMCG industry. You should be an analytical person with strong problem-solving skills and competitive market knowledge. You must have led a team and demonstrated superior leadership qualities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must along with the confidence to manage different stakeholders within the organization.
