Our client is known for focusing on safety, ethics and sustainability and they are currently looking for a qualified Marketing Manager to join their APAC marketing team to drive regional activities.
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will create, lead and implement growth strategies for the region to support the sales team and develop further the relationships with existing customers and to create new leads.
Your goal would be to improve the capture rate, gross revenue and gross margin for the Industrial and Advanced Technology business (automotive, manufacturing and advanced technology buildings).
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to face customers and leads in a constant basis and you will thrive on developing long lasting and meaningful relationships to turn existing challenges into opportunities across countries in the region.
You will develop and implement a Marketing and Communication strategy to maintain high visibility in the existing market place and develop and update marketing material based on future needs.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or relevant experience in marketing
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions area securing and delivering projects with clients
Strong go-to-market experience in the region
Requires an acute attention to detail to implement and drive specific performance from a team
Excellent skills in planning, organizing, coordinating campaigns
Exceptional written and verbal communication besides leadership and influencing skills
Great attitude and a strong sense of team spirit
Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities and achieved excellent results
This role requires a broad strategic thinker, who can think out of the box and creatively develop solutions for the customers
What's on Offer
Our client is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. This role will focus on the APAC region and will require great involvement with the existing sales team, besides having active interaction with global marketing. The remuneration will be very competitive and the basic offered in this role will be a maximum of SGD 150,000
