About Our Client
Our Client is a leading Singapore business in the manufacturing industry with sizeable operations in Indonesia. As part of its ongoing commitment to expand the business, there is now an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed HR professional to join them at the corporate level as a Regional HR Manager.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a newly created role where you be responsible for establishing the HR framework and policies on the full employee life-cycle including HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and organisational development. You will work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic directions and are also comfortable being hands on in managing the general HR administration. You will also provide guidance to the country HR in Indonesia in managing the HR activities. You will be required to do frequent travels to Indonesia.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing environment. You have good depth of HR knowledge and are comfortable being in a start up function where you will need to be hands on. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia would be highly advantageous with your responsibility over the huge workforce over in Indonesia. You are steadfast, mature and resilient to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. You are comfortable travelling 40% to Indonesia.
