About Our Client
Our client is market leader in the Technology Industry and are looking to grow their presence in the region. They have offices in over 20 countries and with more than 5,000 employees worldwide. As part of its ongoing commitment to expand the business in Asia, they are now looking for a driven and independent HR professional with strong operational and business partnering experience.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with her to cultivate business strategy into achievable HR objectives, translate resourcing needs into recruitment plans and assist with the execution in a professional, timely and cost-effective fashion. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development and HR operations.
The Successful Applicant
In this dynamic multinational environment, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a HR generalist or business partner. Having at least 3 year of experience within a similar industry will be an added advantage. You should be an independent and ambitious individual with the vision to succeed as a Regional HR Manager in a Global organization.
