About Our Client
A strong brand name serving a specialized market, they have established themselves as an innovative organization with state of the art technology. As part of its ongoing commitment to expand the business in Asia, they are now looking for a driven Regional HR Lead with strong operational and business partnering experience.
As the key HR leader in the APAC region, you will be tasked to consolidate the functional capabilities, revamp the HR organization and drive through an entire transformation. You will redesign and redevelop the capabilities and structure, introduce new initiatives and best practices to ensure consistency of HR practices and policies in support of business goals. You will partner with the business leaders and promote the competencies of the local HR in providing technical HR expertise across talent development, performance management, employee engagement, operational excellence, compensation and benefits, recruitment, HR analytics and payroll management. Key to your success will be your strong tenacity to influence mindset changes, engagement with senior leaders on a strategic level whilst being operationally hands on when required.
The Successful Applicant
You have ideally at least 10 years post-graduation experience, gained in a dynamic environment in a regional capacity. To be highly successful in this role, you should be a dynamic individual that has demonstrated a track record in working well in a multi-cultured set up, possess the mental agility to analyse problems, have the creativity to suggest improvements and the flexibility to adapt to change. You are dynamic, hands on and a self-starter who is comfortable being hands on yet maintaining a strategic mind view.
