About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's most valuable globally recognized companies in the pharmaceutical industry with over 30,000 employees in over 100 countries around the world. They have continuously achieved strong business performance alongside their growing presence in APAC. Due to their business expansion needs, there is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR professional to join the Human Resource Team in the capacity as a HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will play an advisory role to the commercial business leaders to drive business excellence across all human capital touch points. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst leveraging on the expertise of subject matter experts to retain the oversight role on HR operational matters. As the business is driving aggressive growth and also harmonization in some parts of their business, you will be key in translating global strategies into the region and ensuring effectiveness. You are comfortable travelling 30% across the region.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge across all HR disciplines. You should be Degree qualified with at least 10 years post-graduation experience, gained in a multinational and matrix environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, mental agility to influence senior stake holders and adaptability to a dynamic and fast paced environment. You need to have an engaging personality capable of being the ambassador for the organization and to represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approach.
