About Our Client
Our client is a renown global manufacturing firm with strong footprint across multiple regions. Heralded from Europe, they have since grown leaps and bound over the past hundred years and has now over 3,000 employees, serving over a hundred countries. They have continuously achieved strong business performance alongside their growing presence in Asia. Due to business expansion needs, there is now an exciting opportunity for a driven and independent HR professional to be part of their business as a Regional HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the Country Manager and functionally to the Group Head of HR, you will work closely with him to cultivate business strategy into achievable HR objectives, translate resourcing needs into recruitment plans and assist with the execution in a professional, timely and cost-effective fashion. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development and HR operations.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge across all HR disciplines. You should be Degree qualified in Business Management or HRM, with at least 5 years post-graduation experience, gained in a multinational environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, mental agility to influence senior stake holders. You need to have an engaging personality capable of being the ambassador for the organization and to represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approach
