Reporting to the Regional VP of Finance, you will be responsible for the FP&A function for the Asia Pacific region. You will establish or improve policies and procedures managing the FP&A function, report and interpret results of the operations and has full accountability of the budgetary preparation. Working closely with various business owners, you will assist to establish corporate plans and objectives and make recommendations that will have an impact on their business decisions. You will also be leading a team and be responsible to provide proper guidance and leadership to build an excellent and efficient team in the region. In addition, you will also be involved in any ad hoc projects to drive process improvements and change management in the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be Degree qualified with over 12-15 years of controlling experience in a Multinational set-up. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities to influence changes is key to succeeding in this role. Candidates should be comfortable working in a complex matrix structure and possess the business partnering skillsets to work with multiple brands and HQ leaders. Retail / FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry background is preferred but not necessary. SAP experience would be advantageous.
