As the Regional Digital & Marketing Automation Lead you will lead the CRM strategy in collaboration with all relevant parties within the organization with a key focus on program building and execution of Eloqua automation platform. You must be able to lead projects from strategy to execution and have an excellent understanding of the underlying dynamics of Eloqua integration.
You will be involved in the alignment of digital strategies and frameworks to drive Digital marketing innovation, focusing on e-commerce acceleration.
You must be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and a well-rounded marketer with a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple projects, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Develop and manage the introduction of Eloqua Marketing Automation platform to all relevant parties within the organization
- Develop best practices and execute demand generation, lead management and automated digital marketing programs to drive revenue
- Manage the performance and effectiveness of created programs and lead generation campaigns
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has at least 8 combined years of experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing or related relevant expertise
A minimum of a bachelor's degree with MBA as preference
Excellent understanding of Eloqua, preferably with certification in any related platform
You are a creative individual, with a strong sense of consumer trends and behaviours. You are a natural leader, with the ability to influence. You are passionate and possess proficiency across the latest marketing tools and technologies
What's on Offer
Our client is looking for an independent and motivated Regional Digital & Marketing Automation Lead to ensure alignment and implementation of new practices within Marketing Automation and contribute to the digital engagement strategy. This is a newly created role that will contribute to the future of the organization. The maximum remuneration offered in this role will be SGD 150,000.
