About Our Client
Our client is a one of kind company, selling premium consumer products and having leading technology. They are investing hugely in Research & development which makes their products unique and innovative.
Coming from Europe, they are still a private company which gives them and control in the service, culture and quality that they want to provide to their customers as well as employees. They are massively growing in Asia taking leading shares country after country in their own category.
As part of this expansion, they are looking for a young, driven, regional area manager to take care of the distributors, retailers and brand visibility within South East Asia.
As a regional customer business manager, your responsibility will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the sales and operations of company within the allocated country in South East Asia
- Executing the brand strategy and visibility within the retailers including department store and standalone stores
- Managing the distributors in order to make sure they reach their sales targets and promote the brand correctly with numerous marketing collateral
- Training the local teams of promoters in different countries to share each new products and events to sell the up to date experience with customers
- Working closely with the Head of Sales in order to increase the volume and profit from different points of sales
- Negotiation and finding new channels to open into in order to grow the brand's visibility
- Making sure you calculate the brand investment budgets and calculating the ROIs to make sure the strategies are the best ones for each country
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have:
- A degree in business or any related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in B2C, regional sales operations
- Experience managing distributors and retailers including department stores
- A passion for sales, distributor's management, training and excellence
- A very high interest into technology, premium products and consumer products
- A very driven, ambitious, loving challenges personality
- A great ability to learn quickly, travel easily, show curiosity and ownership
