About Our Client
Our client is an reputable and successful, global industrial conglomerate with assets exceeding USD 15 billion and more than 40,000 employees. Outside of Asia, they are an emerging brand and are looking to capitalise on this success they have enjoyed in South and South East Asia by strengthening their core capabilities within the management team . This Compensation & Benefits Lead role will play a pivotal role in influencing rewards policies, M&A within the middle to senior management team and act as an advisor to the Group Head of Human Resources.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in leading a team to developing and implementation compensation and benefits strategies and performance management systems with the goal to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled and ambitious workforce. You will be expected to manage international assignments and guide respective business leaders across global offices in building competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages that are aligned to respective governmental regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience ideally with a strong foundation and experience in both Singapore and Regional/Global reward and performance management.To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, mental agility to influence senior stake holders and lead a team in order to effectively achieve business objectives. You will also need to be numerically savvy, detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
