About Our Client
Our client is among the world's most reputable and successful FMCG corporations, with a global footprint in over 30 countries worldwide. As part of the strong business expansion plans in Singapore, our client is looking for a driven Compensation & Benefits Specialist to work with the Global and Regional team.
In this newly created role, you will liaise with the Global C&B teams on the roll out of global initiatives, while driving Compensation programs across the organization. In this role, you will have a focus on topics such as bonus plans, sales compensation, and long-term incentives that impact across all areas of the company. Finally, you will also be in charge of expat benefits administration including driving data validation, bonus calculations, area roll-up reporting.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 4 years of experience in a FMCG industry and posses strong regional understanding. You are results-driven, with strong communication skills and able to partner with a variety of stakeholders across all organizational levels.
