About Our Client
A renowned global leader with strong business growth and strong sales and manufacturing footprint across Asia Pacific. As part of its ongoing commitment to growing the business in Asia, they are now looking to recruit a high-calibre Regional C&B Director to manage the integration of forward looking Compensation & Benefit policies in a fast paced and forward looking organisation.
As the functional head, you will be tasked to create a vision and generate compelling Compensation & Benefits strategies that is aligned with corporate needs. You will serve as the key go-to-person in APAC to provide advisory on compensation topics, drive the best in class C&B processes and capabilities. You will develop and institute equitable and competitive C&B program, that compliments the organization's attraction and retention strategies, to build a compelling workforce that will help achieve the business objectives. You will lead projects on topics, not limiting to Executive Compensation, Bonus plans, C&B Harmonisation, and long-term incentives that impact all areas of the company.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 10-15 years of experience specialising in Compensation & Benefits. Additional qualifications in Masters/GRP/CCP would be advantageous. You have strong APAC experience with exposure in manufacturing set ups. You are results-driven, hands-on and confident to offer advice on compensation schemes. To be highly successful in this role, you must have the ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively suggest new solutions. You need to have strong communication skills and be able to partner with stakeholders who are stellar and intelligent.
