About Our Client
Our client, is a renowned global leader in the FMCG industry with a strong footprint in Asia Pacific. As part of its ongoing commitment to growing the business in Asia, they are now looking to recruit a high-calibre Regional C&B Manager to manage the integration of forward looking Compensation & Benefit policies in a fast paced organisation.
Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, you will be designing and delivering both compensation and benefits programs across the region. You will be driving compensation programs across the organization, with a specific focus on conducting competitive market analysis to benchmark with the internal structure. You will serve as the lead C&B point of contact in APAC for the Global Rewards Team and will work closely with the regional leadership team and vendors on compensation topics. Your responsibilities will include leading projects on topics such as Executive Compensation, Bonus plans, C&B Harmonisation, and long-term incentives that impact all areas of the company. You will play a strategic role in implementing and administering new APAC compensation strategies and evaluate the efficacy of the existing ones. Your passion for providing business leaders with high quality advice is matched by your attention to detail and data accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 10 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits. You have strong experience with global compensation benchmarking methodologies. You are results-driven, hands-on and confident to offer advice on compensation schemes. To be successful in this role, you have the ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively suggest new solutions. You need to have strong communication skills and be able to partner with senior stakeholders.
