About Our Client
Our client is a global medical device company that focuses in new product development and medical education in orthopaedics worldwide.
- Define and execute long-term business growth strategies that drives sales, increases market share and growth opportunities across ASEAN
- Deliver on both top line and regional profitability targets as established in the business plan
- Contributes to investment strategy decision making
- Review and manage portfolio relative to market demand and allocate resources according to greatest opportunities for growth
- Analyze macro environment, competitive landscape, market, industry, and economic trends to identify and evaluate opportunities for introduction of new products and value to the marketplace
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute one comprehensive marketing plan, including but not limited to pricing decisions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors in both the clinical and administrative sides of the business
- Build strong relationships and work with internal stakeholders such as Customer Services, Accounts Receivable, Logistics and Pricing team
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree in Business/Marketing or MBA from reputable institutions
- Minimum 10 years' experience in medical device sales/distributor management
- Possess deep knowledge of channel sales operations at a strategic level through progressive experience
- Product marketing and key account management experience will be an advantage
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Able to travel 40% of the time across ASEAN countries
