About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent Fortune 500 US MNC that is a global leader in the F&B segment with multiple brands in their portfolio. The company has a large global network with multi-billion dollar revenue worldwide and presence in all critical markets. They are constantly reinventing and challenging themselves to keep ahead of consumer demands and remain competitive. They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally; as part of this commitment they are looking for an experienced Production Planner to assist them and contribute in this area.
Reporting to the Planning Manager, your key responsibilities will involve creating a feasible production plan taking into consideration the labour & material constraints for the different brands of beverages. Your responsibilities will largely involve planning for the production plan and ensuring it aligns with the key stakeholders, taking into account the network complexity as well as constraints.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Establish the Master Plan and weekly Production Plan using SAP-APO in alignment with demand projected
- Identify potential opportunities/problems for the Manufacturing Plant
- Analyse varying customer requirements and adjusting Production Plans accordingly
- Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Service level for both domestic and international customers
- Lead the monthly S&OP meetings
- Process improvement
The Successful Applicant
You must have relevant experiences in Production Planning in a Batch Manufacturing environment. You must also be well-versed in SAP and have the ability to work under tight schedules. It is essential that you are meticulous, have an eye for details and have good communication skills.
