About Our Client
A rare opening has arisen from a specialty coating MNC for a Process Safety & HSE Manager (Specialty Coating Manufacturing) role to drive both process safety and daily HSE operations.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for strategically drive the operations of HSE-Process Safety Management (PSM) plant work. You will implement EHS monitoring such as chemical hygiene assessment, source emission and air quality. You will also champion improvement works with respect to process hazard analysis, audit findings and HSE regulations.
Other responsibilities include conducting HSE-PSM trainings ,which include topics such as Process Safety Management awareness, LOTOT, Confined Space, HOT Work, machine guarding. You will also be involved in regional capital projects or site plant expansion safety management.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Degree in Chemical Engineering, with strong track record in HSE and Process Safety experiences within pharmaceutical, chemical , petrol-chemical or equivalent manufacturing with batch processes run.
You should be also be a Registered WSHO and FSM, with excellent working knowledge in leading successful process safety implementation.
If you are currently a Senior Engineer possessing both HSE and Process Safety experience within a manufacturing plant, you are also welcome to apply. This role provides you the opportunity to step up into a managerial role and also take on a regional role for Asia.
