About Our Client
Our client is a NYSE listed conglomerate which specialises in a wide range of industries, including aviation, manufacturing as well as industrial products. They are the clear market leader in the different industries they are in and have a huge global presence. They have ambitious plans to grow their business in the Asia Pacific region and has not set up a Payroll Shared Service Centre in Singapore.
Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead in the Shared Service centre, you will be a Payroll Business Partner for the 20 entities under the parent company. Your responsibilities include accurate entries from the outsourced vendors and timely roll out of payroll. You will also be the main point of contact for any payroll related matters for the different entities, and will work closely with your counterparts to solve any payroll issues.
The Successful Applicant
To apply, you should have
- Diploma in Accountancy/ Business
- Strong payroll experience from Shared Service Centre environment
- Excellent communication skills as you would need to work with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in systems like SAP will be preferred.
