About Our Client
Our client,is a renowned leader in the healthcare space with strong contributions to the industry. They are now looking for a L&OD Director for Singapore. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career in an organisation that prides itself for possessing a culture of continuous growth and learning.
Focusing on Singapore, you will be responsible in leading a team of up to 4 L&OD Practitioners for the full spectrum of L&OD needs. You will be a key member of the Senior Management team, and will play an advisory role on all human capital matters in Singapore. You will be overseeing the development of learning strategy and processes and aligning them with accordance to the organisation's goals. You will also act as the internal consultant across all business units pertaining to organizational and development needs.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 15 years of HR experience in a reputable firm. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you have demonstrated a track record in being a strong leader (proactive and leading by the front) with the ability to influence and drive changes and to work with senior management. You should be dynamic and ambitious with the vision to succeed as a HR leader. Healthcare experience will be a plus.
