About Our Client
Our Client is a well-established engineering technology organisation with a strong foothold and progressive expansion activities across APAC. With their increasing focus on human capital development, there is now an opportunity for a high calibre HR professional to start up their function as a Learning & Organisational Manager.
Reporting to the Corporate Head of HR, you will embark on a green field project to partner the business in the designing and delivery of the organisation's overall learning and growth strategy for organisational culture and behaviours, talent and leadership development. You will play a key driver in conceptualizing and implementing learning agendas and managing interventions to drive organisational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience in a reputable MNC.. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you are a self-starter who have demonstrated a track record in being a strong leader (proactive and leading by the front) with the ability to influence and drive changes and to work with senior management. You should be dynamic and ambitious with the vision to succeed as a strategic consultant in a global organization!
