About Our Client
Our client is a leading European multinational in the financial services sector with strong international footprint. As part of their growing business in the Asia region, they are now having an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join their team as the Learning and Talent Development Manager.
You will work closely with the Learning and Talent Development Director to develop a robust learning culture and drive talent development initiatives to establish organisational effectiveness and culture aligned with their growth strategies. Partnering closely with the business stakeholders, you will have a key focus in taking a blended approach and establishing appropriate agenda tailored to their learning needs. You will also oversee their talent programs to support leadership development and succession planning, and drive corporate initiatives on various touch points to enhance employee engagement and overall organisational development.
The Successful Applicant
You are ideally degree qualified with at least 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in Learning and development in a similar business set up. You are a culturally sensitive and mature individual, who have demonstrated a track record in proactively influencing and driving changes with strong confidence to engage with senior management. You are articulate and comfortable being hands on while having a strategic mind set.
