About Our Client
Our client is one of the most well-known retail company that was established in the US. They are a multinational company with a global footprint over 50 countries and are a market leader within that space. They are expanding rapidly and partnering with us, they are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Assistant Manager to support their regional team in Singapore!
Reporting to the Business leaders and dotted line reporting to the Head of L&D, you will be responsible to partnering the business in the training and development needs across 3 continents globally. You will be involved in both operational and strategic facade of learning & development. You should possess strong operational skills and knowledge of best practices with capability to lead and envision a competency development agenda. On top of that you will roll out learning & development initiatives with a global portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development. You should be equipped with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, engage and influence individuals and businesses across the region. You should have relevant experience within the retail space to successfully engage ground staffs and should be flexible with the ability to travel at a short notice.
