About Our Client
Our client is a well-known and influential Fortune 100 companies in the high-technology industry. As part of its strong commitment to growing the business in Asia today, they are now looking for a Learning and Development Manager to be an integral part of the business.
Reporting to the HR Director of SEA, you will be responsible to partnering the business in the training and development needs for 12 countries in the SEA countries and support with execution from the country HR leads. Your key task will involve designing and delivering training and management development programs. You should possess strong operational skills and knowledge of best practices with capability to lead and envision a competency development agenda. Your main focus will be on the following: Leadership development programs, succession pipeline building programs, introducing and sustaining mentoring and coaching programs, leading and maintaining university relationships for campus programs. You will also be the key driver for campus and other early talent programs.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 7 years of experience in Learning and Development. You should come with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage across the different business units. You are confident to conduct standup trainings and you should be highly flexible with the ability to travel at short notice. It will be advantages if you possess any of the following accreditation: Thomas profiling, behaviour event interviews, assessment centers, mbti, supervisory development, first time manager programs, Hogan, 360 tools, situational leadership, seven habits, influencer, crucial conversations.
