About Our Client
Our client is a European MNC in the chemicals industry. They have experienced strong growth in the past couple of years. Currently they have plans to further develop the Asia Pacific market, capitalizing on the current market conditions. They have a well-established HR team and is currently looking out for a HRIS Specialist to join them.
Reporting directly to the Head of Shared Services, you will focus on building up the HRIS capabilities of the organization. You will provide analytical and technical support to the Human Resources Division in pursuit of HRIS initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities. Some of the projects you will embark on will be managing the rolling out of many global system using SuccessFactors in the areas of Talent Management, Learning Management and even eRecruitment.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of HRIS experience, equipped with a degree in Information Technology/Human Resources or its equivalence. You should be highly IT savvy and service-oriented whilst coming across as a team player will be critical as teamwork is very important to HR team. You should possess a can-do attitude and be willing to take up challenges. Given the nature of the business, you will need to be highly adaptable to changes.
