About Our Client
Our client, is a renowned global leader in the chemicals business with a strong footprint in Asia Pacific. They have offices in over 30 worldwide. As part of its ongoing commitment to growing the business in Asia, they are now looking to recruit a high-calibre HRBP to manage the integration of forward looking Compensation & Benefit policies in a fast paced and forward looking organisation.
Reporting to the VP of HR, you will give HR Business Partnering support with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits. You will work alongside HR business partners to provide advisory on HR issues and business partnering support to respective business managers. You will be the key focal point to lead annual salary reviews and develop compensation plans that are both equitable and competitive, that will encourage employee retention. Additionally you are expected to manage cross border/international assignments from a compensation, benefits design and administration perspective.
The Successful Applicant
In this dynamic multinational environment, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a manufacturing setting. Having experience as a generalist and business partner is an added advantage. You should be an independent and ambitious individual.
