About Our Client
Our client is a well-known and influential Fortune 100 company in the high-technology industry. As part of its strong commitment to growing the business in Asia today, they are now looking for a high-calibre tenacious HR Professional to be an integral part of the business. The ideal candidate will need to establish personal credibility rapidly, identify the HR competencies to support business growth in the region.
You will work closely with the HR Director of SEA for decision-making at the strategic, tactical and operational levels, identifying, extracting and analyzing data, ensuring strong client focus and excellence in service delivery.You must be hands on with data and delivery of sustainable solution. Additionally, you will perform data analysis on consolidated data from the 12 SEA countries to identify the right business insights and articulate them to drive change. Reports you will be responsible to prepare includes: Hire and attrition, Employment Cost, HR Manpower Planning and other HR related reports. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical and numerate yet possessing strong stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge across all HR disciplines. You will be required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or HRM, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, gained in a multinational environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills with the tenacity to elicit buy-ins from all stakeholders. You will need to have an engaging personality capable of representing the organisation and to represent HR to Business Leaders using a consultative approach. Most importantly, you will need to be comfortable working with large sets of data.Having experience in compensation and benefits will be proven advantageous.
