About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's most valuable globally recognised companies in the life science industry. Heralded from Europe, they have been around for more than a hundred years and has over 15,000 employees worldwide. Currently on a plan to consolidate their diverse business, they are aiming to strengthen their process across the region. Partnering with us, they are now looking for an enterprising and mature individual to join their business in the capacity as a HR Ops Manager.
Reporting to the HRD and the Business Leader, you will work closely with them to cultivate business strategy into achievable HR objectives. You will provide operational support to the HR function and Management team in Singapore and to a lesser extent in the SEA region. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development and HR operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have an in-depth knowledge across all HR disciplines. You should have a relevant degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience gained in a multinational environment. To excel in this role, excellent written and verbal communication is key. You will have to be able to demonstrate business partnering acumen in all aspects within the organisation as well as the ability to formulate, present and defend your own point of view to management teams.
