HR Ops Manager - Financial Services
About Our Client
Our client is an up and coming private equity firm with operations across APAC. Ever since its existence a decade ago, they've since grown leaps and bounds in their operations and currently has presence in over 12 countries. As part of their initiative align to their growth, they are now partnering with us to look for an enterprising HR practitioner to lead their team across the region.
Reporting to the CEO of the business, you will be task to take upon a greenfield project in building up the HR capabilities across the region. On top of ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations, you will be looking into centralising HR operations in Singapore. You will also be part of HR projects involving the selection of payroll vendors across the region and the running of HRIS implementation. This role requires a high level of initiative and interpersonal skills to succeed.
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal candidate should come with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or it equivalence. The successful candidate should possess strong foundation in HR operations with strong knowledge of employment act and labour laws across the region. They are looking for someone who possess strong interpersonal skills and is able to deal with various levels of stakeholders with the ability to be hands-on at the same time. The candidate should possess the nuance of understand the business and be able to work with ambiguity.
