About Our Client
Our client is one of the most renowned and successful in the Pharmaceutical scene, with global coverage in over 35 countries. As a result of the organization growth in Singapore, they are now seeking a high-caliber HR professional to join them as HR Manager.
Based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager and be responsible for the full range of employee life cycle activities (recruitment, induction, onboarding, performance management, exits); HR activities (HR Operations, process, implementation) and stakeholder relationships. You will own and drive Talent Acquisition process for corporate staff, becoming the brand ambassador for the organization. In this role where HR has a strong impact on the daily business, you will be required to be autonomous, flexibile and strong in HR operations. Additionally, you will be adding value by supporting the L&D team during structuring and developing Training Curricula.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 5 years of working experience in a HR Generalist role. Ideally, you should come from a MNC background, able to understand internal processes and structures for HR. You should be a sincere yet dynamic and flexible HR generalist with strong interest in learning and developing in a stable and rewarding organization. Autonomy and independence is required for the successful candidate, as you will progressively own and develop many HR projects for the employees. This role is open for professionals who have not led a team and presently sitting at an AM level, as the company offers very solid Talent Development programs.
